Ah, who are you, heart,
if not a trifle?
Just one glance of love,
and you surrender!

He buries them in your neck,
Drowns you and never chews,
Yet he isn’t immortal,
Just not that he decays so soon.

Oh, do you already feel burdened?
Tons of despair you carry,
Tough guy sometimes you are.
More pity unto you, for love, alas!
He had gone to thee.
Oh, yes, I know!
With him, you had your share,
Danced under the moonlight,
Kissed in the rain, but
After such love, one can like,
wish and adore,
And one can love no more.
